MYA Design showroom in Northern Utah

This is a Tuscany mural I painted in a showroom. Surrounding border is plaster crumbling away to expose old mural underneath

Walls Painted with Tissue Paper

I wanted to get this posted on my blog. This is a room we just recently finished using tissue paper giving it a wrinkled leather look. I am excited about the way it turned out!

Beautiful Street in Italy Mural

A client called me and wanted a mural of a street corner in Italy.I made it look like the outside of buildings with a street light and window boxes full of flowers.I also glazed the walls to give the look of old plaster.

Refinished Cabinets: Before & After

Just recently we ( my husband and I ) finished a large kitchen. We took a pinkish glazed look, on the cabinets, and turned them into a deep cherry wood with black accents and a black beedboard under the island. Check out what they looked like when we finished!

all doors, pillars and casings were white..we refinished it all to look like real wood

I was commissioned to re-paint 25 doors window casings and pillars to look like wood. My husband and I worked hard trying to beat the clock before the bad weather arrived. We were working in our garage. We also painted the entire upper part of there home. We are proud of the way it all turned out.

Face Lift for 100 Year Old Home

We removed wallpaper or went over the wallpaper ,in some areas, with a light texture. Then we painted and glazed. It looked really good for an older home.

We used tissue paper on one accent wall, then painted and glazed the wall. The wall looked just like wrinkled leather. The home owner loves green!
